Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of YardVista Auburn Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

YardVista Auburn Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Auburn, AL and surrounding areas. Our services include site preparation, turf installation, and related landscaping work as agreed upon with each client.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary once we inspect your property and assess the actual scope of work. We will notify you of any significant changes before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in our installation work but does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on turf products are passed through to you and may vary by product.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to your property during the agreed-upon project dates. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any obstacles are removed from the work area. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees. Changes to the project scope during installation may result in additional charges.

Liability

YardVista Auburn Artificial Grass carries general liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or damage resulting from acts of nature after installation is complete.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to Alabama state law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
